A written ticket
One page. What gets built, what it costs, when it lands, and what is explicitly not included. You approve it before anything begins — see a sample ticket.
STEP 03
We build it
You see it working every week, not at the end. Changes of mind are normal and we say plainly when one changes the price.
STEP 04
You own it
Accounts in your name, written instructions, a walkthrough with whoever uses it daily. Staying with us is a choice, not a lock-in.

Do I really need a custom site?
Often not. If a template on a hosted builder does the job, we will say so on the first call and point you at the right one. We would rather lose the job than sell you something you do not need.
What if the price changes halfway?
It does not, unless you ask for something outside the written ticket. Then we quote that change separately and you decide. No surprise invoices.
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
Yes. Prices, hours, photos, and text are yours to change. We walk whoever handles it through the parts they will touch, and leave written instructions behind.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything. Domain, hosting, and accounts are in your name from day one, and the handover notes are written so another developer can pick it up cold.
